About this guide

How facts, footage & unknowns stay separate

Fortune’s Weave Guide is an independent fan reference. It prioritizes official material, dates every fact-check and labels uncertainty at the point where you encounter it.

Verified after the Aug. 4 Direct ·

Independent by design

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Nintendo or Intelligent Systems. It uses an original field-guide visual system, not the game’s logo, official page layout or character art. Game names are used only to identify the subject.

Source hierarchy

  1. Official product pages, Direct presentations and Nintendo support documents.
  2. Official news releases and publisher-provided descriptions.
  3. Attributable specialist reporting that transcribes or translates primary material.
  4. Community frame analysis only when the official footage is identifiable and the observation is clearly provisional.

Important facts are cross-checked across regions when wording differs. Retailer price and stock are treated as changeable, not permanent product facts.

Evidence labels

Official summaryAn attributed outlet summarizes or translates official material.Useful, with localization caveat.
Frame-confirmedVisible or readable in official footage.Real footage; final English wording may change.
EstimateCalculated from general platform policy.Planning aid, never a game-specific promise.
UnknownNo adequate current source.Wait for Nintendo rather than filling the gap.

Update and spoiler policy

Every factual page shows its last verification date. Before release, major Nintendo presentations and product-page changes justify an update. After release, the guide should distinguish review-build or launch-version details from later patches.

Headlines and first paragraphs answer the practical question without unnecessary plot disclosure. Story sections can discuss officially promoted premise details, including Eshmel and the 1454 setup, because the August Direct presents them as core marketing information.
